Tanni Sanowski
Tanni’s role at Teton AIM focuses on ensuring smooth front desk operations, managing everything from phone calls and emails to patient transactions. She particularly cherishes her opportunity to personally connect with patients both when they arrive and before they depart.
With over 30 years of experience as a business owner, Tanni brings valuable expertise in client relations and office management to her position. Her background as an entrepreneur has given her a deep understanding of both the value and passion inherent in small businesses.
What energizes Tanni is the dynamic atmosphere at Teton AIM and her team’s' shared dedication to helping each patient who walks through their doors find their path to wellness. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Tanni is a talented photographer and enjoys shed horn hunting as one of her favorite pastimes.
Office Manager and Clinical Liaison
Lisa Crocker
At Teton AIM, Lisa is responsible for managing patient schedules, overseeing billing and coding processes, and maintaining accurate medical records. Her focus on ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient office operations allows her to provide essential support to both patients and staff.
With over 15 years of experience in administrative roles within the healthcare sector, Lisa specializes in patient relations and office management. She enjoys interacting with patients and witnessing the positive impact of their treatments, helping them reclaim their lives without pain or reliance on medications.
Outside of work, Lisa has a passion for travel, particularly to historically rich destinations, with Italy topping her list of dream vacations.
Veterans Affairs Liaison
Micheal Tillotson
Rear Admiral, U.S. Navy (Ret.)
Mike serves as the Veterans Affairs Liaison at Teton Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine, where he establishes partnerships with the VA to extend services to the veteran population. His role focuses on guiding veterans to appropriate resources, ensuring they receive the care and support they deserve.
His military career spans 33 years of Active Duty in the United States Navy. As an Explosive Ordnance Disposal specialist, qualified Navy Freefall parachutist, and Navy Diver, Mike served at various ships and duty stations worldwide.
Mike loves the opportunity to offer veterans
non-pharmaceutical and non-surgical solutions for medical and physical conditions. He appreciates Dr. Franklin's work in bringing these alternative treatment options to Lincoln, Teton, and Sublette counties, as well as Swan Valley, ID
Patient Care Coordinator
McKenna Estey
McKenna ensures that patients feel welcome, comfortable, and fully supported during their visits. By guiding them to their rooms and addressing their needs, McKenna fosters a positive experience. She also assists Dr. Franklin during treatments, contributing to a seamless and compassionate approach to patient care.
Currently pursuing a nursing degree, McKenna has developed strong adaptability and organizational skills through her experience in fast-paced environments. She enjoys being part of the Teton AIM team, as it provides her with ongoing learning opportunities and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives. Outside of her professional role, McKenna is passionate about backpacking and skiing, which helps her stay connected to the great outdoors.

Shannon Burke
Shannon’s works alongside Dr. Melissa to ensure patients remain comfortable, happy, and on their healing journey. In her role, she assists with clinical modalities under Dr. Melissa's guidance.
With over six years of experience as an EMT and comprehensive training from Healing Mountain Massage School, Shannon brings extensive medical expertise to her position. Her connection to the medical community spans back to her early years.
Shannon finds deep satisfaction in witnessing patients' progress, no matter how incremental, and seeing them discover the positive healing properties available at the clinic. Beyond her clinical work, she maintains an interesting dual career as a Wyoming Wine and Spirit Broker.
When not at the clinic, Shannon embraces the valley's outdoor lifestyle, enjoying paddle boarding and hiking during summer months, and playing in the snow during winters with her husband and dog in their beautiful mountain home.

Mary dedicates herself to crafting impactful visual communications that connect with patients. With over 30 years of design experience, she brings deep expertise in brand development, digital and print creative solutions, and strategic visual communications to her role.
